Learning opportunities decline substantially over time, low pay to competitors, leadership makes changes with no substance but only to show the owners there’s changes in an effort to protect their roles, becoming an AI slop company based on internal memos and leadership LinkedIn posts.

Great product, great clients, great industry, great peers. The people actually doing the work are doing their best to keep things going.

Cons

Poor leadership and an increasingly toxic environment. This tone is set from the very top. Many people are leaving as it has a become a rules for thee and not for me kind of place.
