Pros

Nothing I can think of... I would say fun Friday's but those were taken away! The only reason why I gave them one star is because I had to to write the review

Cons

Pretty much everything at Ring Savvy / Answering Legal is a con. Unless you are a favorite (which are limited to supervisors and upper management) you are treated the the upmost disrespect. You are looked down upon constantly and are always getting yelled at for something, even when they claim they know everyone is not perfect. Every fun aspect of this job was taken away when the old HR was fired for no apparent reason (another fishy sign of the company). The business owners don't know how to handle a business and all they like to do is show off that they can afford 5 jeeps and a huge house. You can never find coverage because everyone pulls an excuse out of their butts because they're all lazy (I mean you must be since this isn't a real job, you sit in front of a computer and give yourself carpal tunnel). They don't accept your days off and don't feel sympathy even if it for reasons including death in the family or coming down with a contagious illness.

Ring Savvy Response

We are saddened to hear that everything about our workplace was affecting you in a negative way. Our management team strives to create a friendly and positive working environment for all of our employees, but we apologize for any poor experiences you may have had. As for our fun Fridays, we still implement them with free breakfast and events for everyone to participate in. Furthermore, it is not the policy of Ring Savvy to provide coverage for you when you are unable to work, rather for you to find someone who is willing to cover your shift. This is unfortunate, but as a 24/7 business we need to ensure that our call center is always staffed optimally, and so we apologize that you were unlucky enough to not find a suitable coworker to help you. Again, we have taken your experience and review of us to heart, and strive to change for the betterment in the future. -Ring Savvy/Answering Legal Management

Pros

Free food on Fridays, although its only some Fridays. 750$ employee of the month bonus but even that is rigged and management always somehow gets it..

Cons

there is not enough space to write out all the cons, truly.

Eventually you will burn out

Pros

The job is easy, free food just about every Friday, fun events, pay is really good for what you’re doing, paid time off, discounts on tickets for cool events, employee of the month bonus is $750, friendly staff.

Cons

You quickly realize all these incentives are put in place to keep you because the job will lead to burnout and the way they monitor you is BS. Constantly under surveillance by cameras and supervisors walking around, they time everything you do, one lousy 15 min break and a half hour lunch. Meanwhile you’re on the phone all day with rude customers and the calls keep coming with no room for breaks in between. The work is repetitive and you are stuck in a tiny cubicle and cannot move. Some staff can be manipulative even if they appear nice and friendly. No ability to move up or grow unless you want to be a supervisor. Workload becomes atrocious and your voice will suffer talking all day for 8 hrs. Staff can be unprofessional at times with the way they act and with dogs running around the place.
