Pros

Working for the biggest media and publishing company in Serbia has certain benefits such as being part of pioneering projects/products especially in digital media. Working nine to five, regular salary. You have a chance to meet some really great people.

Cons

Where to start… awful top management, mobbing on every step, nepotism and clans. Very bad and toxic atmosphere. In order to be promoted you need to scratch CEO’s back and be careful all the time not to be stabbed in the back. People are not valued by their knowledge and skills, but how close and good they are with CEO and her poltroons. CEO is extremely controlling and paranoid person, mobbing and treating people with no respect, in unprofessional way, giving bad example to top management while creating an environment where ruling by fear is normal and expected. She surrounded herself with her relatives and friends, most of them being on important positions in the company, protecting them even though some of them are really incompetent. While most of the people work for very low salary for many years, with no chance to get promoted in any way, top management gets undeserved enormous salaries and bonuses. There is lack of transparency and consistency on every step. Many great people left the company after a very short time.

Pros

The biggest publisher on the market, huge publishing group behind it - if you manage to get access to it

Cons

Besides all success in online publishing, it's a print company. Which is trying to resist changes as much as it can. Bad poorly trained and obsolete local management is leading that resistance to digital which is on other hand is imposed by the group. People working there specially related to online products are just collateral in that game. Nepotism is just normal, in every sector of the company there is at least one CEO cousin.
