They are completely unwilling to pay their employees what they are worth. It is also an organizational nightmare.

Cons

This company used to be a very family oriented company and really appreciated the employees who work there. Now it's turning into a corporation and only concerned about their "bottom line". I've seen a lack of regard for the employees especially in certain locations. Family members are now assimilating into the company and changing the culture and in some instances for the worst. Some did not learn from Dave!
