- Absurd HR policies. You can be terminated any time on 'logical reasons' (which are plain stupid at times) given by the management. NO JOB SECURITY. - NO PROFESSIONALISM: They do not know how to talk to a professional. For them, you are still in 6th standard - They focus on petty things such as calculating how much time you spend on: taking a call, having lunch or tea, and even washroom!! - There is no dress code per se. But you will be dictated and judged on what clothes and shoes you wear. - Focus is more on quantity than quality. In short, a career suicide. - NO RESPECT FOR WORKFORCE: They break good employees' confidence with their petty and cheap tricks of putting them down. All of this just because you do not act as per them. - NO AWARENESS ABOUT EMPLOYEE'S MENTAL HEALTH: They do not realize what is mental harrasment and what is getting the work done. You do not make personal statements on your employee just to get the work done. Constant taunting and cold war-like environment is what you are given if you raise your voice. - ABSURD EXPECTATIONS: How can you expect a month's work be done in less than two weeks? And the one who shows them the mirror (tell them it can't be done), for him/her, things may get a little nasty. - TOXIC WORKING ENVIRONMENT: One of the worst experiences is to work in this company. You are under constant surveillance where you feel so terrified that it may break you. Stupid habits like eavesdropping and complaining are prevalent.
