Pros
You'll see technological niches such as smart cards, mifare, mainframes and COBOL lang. The company has all level of developers from slackers to stickler. The company grows so much every year. Perks are better than other companies in Rio de Janeiro. Nice informal enviroment for developers. CEO is very close and careful.
Cons
The most of people are nine-to-fivers. The level difference between a entry class developer and topnotch developer is huge and sometimes it create a gap of communication. There isn't a carreer plan nowadays so don't expect to be promoted with no efforts. There is no continuous integration or automated process in the company is all handmade. Management is very sloppy.
