      Much improved since change in CEO

      Pros

      The people are great to work with - smart, driven and fun. Leadership has vastly improved now the previous CEO has left, with a much more stable, calm direction being taken, to everyone's relief, which is beginning to pay off.

      Product leadership could be improved.

      Pros

      An exciting tech business with opportunities to grow and develop your skills and career. The past 6 months has been a transformational period, with Matt joing as CEO and the exec providing real clarity and direction to the business. Ongoing communications such as town halls have provided real value to the teams and that in turn I feel will really deliver on the common business goals.

      Last year was challenging, but we’ve definitely moved forward. The new CEO has brought focus, stability, and a renewed sense of direction. The culture remains supportive and collaborative, and the future feels bright and promising once more.
