Pros

Amazing employees who pull together to overcome poor leadership. Decent benefits promotes from within. Well financed This could be an Unbelievable place to work with a change in leadership.

Cons

*President is completely out of touch with his guests and employees. *President never misses an opportunity to kill moral. *President never fails to be a choke point for any progress, his micro management is only surpassed by his arrogance. *President who favors female employees, and discriminates based on age. *This company will suck the life out of you and then spit you out. *If you work here at any level of management, prepared to be held responsible for everything at your attraction, while being given no authority to effect the out come. *Attraction managers who work themselves to the bone so Jim can repaint his plane and travel the world. *The only time Jim Pattison Jr, shows any leadership is if he is faking it for some other industry executive.

Pros

- Meeting people from all over the United States and the greater world. - Extremely caring and educated husbandry staff. - Hardworking family people manning the front lines.

Cons

- Corporate management staff that has no real understanding of people management. - Purchased a corporate jet the same year that salaries were frozen for all employees. - A culture of dishonesty and backstabbing that originates in the corporate offices. - A severe loss of truly talented and dedicated professionals due to pathetically low wages, often lower than industry and local wage rates. - Corporate managers work in a vacuum, with no people skills and development plans, often to the detriment of the talented managers in the field. - Very, very poor communication involved where field employees are concerned.

Pros

Many of the people throughout the company are great.

Cons

Senior management needs to change. The entire company is at the whim of one man who likes to cause chaos.
