Pros

- Easy onboarding process - Kind HR staff - Buddy system

Cons

- Excessive oversight - A COO whose leadership style appears volatile and excessively aggressive - Morally questionable behavior from CEO & COO - Management lacks confidence in minority employees’ input, regardless of their qualifications. - Frequently overlooks minority employees contributions, even when they are highly capable.

Pros

Flexible hours - remote setting

Cons

If you are a minority they will assume you have no capacity to learn. There is no job safety, no community (forced feeling of togetherness but employees are shady), and communication is extremely lackluster. Not a good place to start a career, only a good place to work if backed into a corner and you’re good at following directions.
