      Pros

      Work from home, smart coworkers, modern software.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO should be a pro, but it’s a con. The turnover here is so high that you are constantly having more and more work piled on you with no hope in sight of reprieve. Taking a day off means working 2-3 to make up for it. You work from home, which is great, except you will work much longer than you anticipate to daily, unpaid. Pay is really low for the skills you bring and turnover is very high. In the multiple years I’ve worked here, I have seen dozens come and go. Even the people you think are well-liked get fired suddenly and the reasoning given is so vague and unhelpful. We all live in fear of being the next one who is tossed like trash. We pretend we’re happy and believe in the company to keep our jobs.

      Pros

      -The entry level techs are really cool, nice, and open minded. This was the best part about working here. -Unlimited PTO, however its still tracked, so not really unlimited. its less for the company to pay out when employees quit/let go, which is frequent. -Work from home set up -Cool and interesting clients to work with

      Cons

      -Small MSP with very high turnover, it can be stressful not knowing where you stand -No way to measure your growth so come review time, its their opinion against yours/if they like you -Politics, gossip is higher than average compared to other work environments. - A "fratty" vibe e.g, a 50 year old boss saying "bet" and "f$#*k" -No woman technicians -Senior engineers gossiping and work politics, leading to employees quitting/getting fired -No established map for moving up exists

      Great company at the surface

      Pros

      Loved the people I worked with. Loved the collaboration and attitude of my coworkers and they were always available to help and to go the extra mile for our clients.

      Cons

      Leadership would seem to change direction or focus without a clear way to execute the changes. No training paths. It’s just up to you to do your own training and hopefully it works in your favor. As a small company the pay and benefits are not good. When people are let go they are cut off even though leadership makes it seem like we would stay in touch because “we care for our people” during or after Ripple. Feels like some in leadership are looking to hand off responsibilities. No clear goals for me short term or long term.
