Pros

Riptide is a software company that makes most of its money through military contracting. As a result, Riptide has the capital to pay competitive salaries, offer excellent benefits, as well as other perks most workplaces can't afford.

Cons

I have seen many people let go while working at Riptide. It's quite and quick. Their exits far less graceful than their entrance.
