Thank you for taking the time in leaving us a review. I am happy to see some of the pros of Ripton Solutions you mentioned. We work hard to ensure we have a productive and positive work atmosphere. As for the cons, they seem a little harsh. During the hiring process we always make sure to let an individual know the working hours. We offer a competitive base salary and very high incentives plus bonuses and other perks which once again, you are told during the hiring process. As for the contract, the terms are very clear as not only to protect Ripton Solutions’ best interest but yours as well. It seems you weren’t clear on certain things during the time of process and we will definitely review our process and make changes as needed. It appears you were not communicating effectively which we encourage everyone to talk to their managers and have clarity. I wish you best of luck in your future endeavors.
