      Good people and WLB, actual work need to be improved

      Pros

      The work culture at Rise is very welcoming, and there are a lot of "happy faces" around the office. There is a good WLB and strong employee care by the HR department.

      Cons

      The R&D department is lacking in true leadership; the VP R&D role was replaced twice, and for a long time, was without any leadership. It's a small company, but it feels like the C-level management is mostly talking and doing less.

      Amazing people and great workplace ! Really fun and friendly vibe. Great office.

      Cons

      A lot of meetings, so sometimes it overlaps with your time to actually work. Still overall amazing workplace !
