- Young company, very exciting projects, interesting problems to solve, lots of space for improvement where you can contribute. - Quite horizontal structure. Your voice counts. - HR team doing an amazing work. Super-b onboarding process, several team building activities, team level and personal OKR's, time for research. You really feel that the company is investing in you and trying to build amazing teams. - Management is quite transparent. They care about people knowing what's going on.
