      Pros

      I initially agreed greatly with their dogma of wanting the best for the client. Some people are the best to work with

      Cons

      They gave very little training. Everyone came from the same place and are very clique like. They changed their process while I was there to be very money oriented. We would often "fudge" or "adjust" numbers to make us look better. Some things were left out if we looked bad. No one was ever excited for work. No work life balance. Multiple occasions I had meetings at 7 or 8pm on Fridays or late Sundays due to poor time management. There was openly anti LGBT language. Bringing it up did nothing.

      Pros

      RI really cares about its clients, which means it really cares about its employees. RI takes the time to develop a career map with each employee and chart their progress, goals, and development. Regular corporate lunches, music throughout the office, decent focus on IT hardware and software, and good location in Charlotte's Ballantyne area. Great company culture, fantastic colleagues, and strong team-centered environment. Good pay, good benefits, good long-term career growth.

      Cons

      RI is still a small organization. Some benefits and structures lack the scale of larger organizations. This continues to improve with our high growth.
