      There are a lot of great engineers here. Coworkers are fun to work with. The pay is also pretty good.

      Cons

      Lack of clear vision and constantly moving goals makes it hard to get anything done.

      Since there is no accountability, as long as you show up between 10-4, you can use the time to study for your job interviews. Good pay for minimal work. Low bar. Some people are nice.

      Cons

      Let's look at the facts: - Look at reviews voted most helpful at glassdoor. They were voted by RMS employees. Read them. Ignore the spam. - The company unsuccessfully for many years had been trying to release the flagship product. - The top performers at the company left. Compare by using LinkedIn former employees resume to current employees. Those who found good positions left. - Pick a random engineer with 2+ years, meet in private, and ask him to look at you while asking how the company is doing. Say you have a family to support and you want to know the truth. Ask him if he applied to jobs in the last one year. - Look for consultants and former consultants. Search the internet if you are not sure what it means... - Ask about the layoffs. Ask about historical stock price. Ask about the bonus. Save yourself the tragedy and find something better to do with your life.
