Pros

- Small company with friendly staff. Almost everyone knows everyone else. - Chance to work on high profile projects with Investment Banking clients. - Great team to work with. Senior members are always there for advice and help. - Flexibility to upskill or work on internal projects during bench time.

Cons

- Client-dependent. Sometimes bench time may be long. - Flat hierarchy. Not much room for career progression.

Pros

- Credit to the Riskcare engineering team for their exceptional domain expertise and consistently high delivery standards. - Huge appreciation for the colleagues who turned complex trading‑system challenges into genuinely collaborative work.

Cons

- Delivery timelines can be tight, especially on high‑pressure trading‑system engagements. - Salaries are average and not particularly competitive. - The challenging market environment meant fewer client projects, which resulted in limited work opportunities. - During the downturn, the company had to reduce headcount significantly, and many employees were laid off.
