Insane micro management. It's basically like being in the army. Yes sir. Yes Sit. Be prepared to have every email you write read over and analysed. It's "The Riskified" way of doing things or nothing. Don't attempt to draw outside the lines. Don't attempt to question management. Don't attempt to ask questions. It's their way or the highway. If you're a remote worker you get zero support. No recognition. It's quota or nothing. Not once was I positively recognised for minor win. If you're after a work place where you wake up and feel like you're going to be encouraged to do great things, this isn't the place for you.
