Pros

Better starting pay than flipping burgers. Company sponsored events - Kennywood, fishing trip, golf outing, Christmas party A good starter job with a lot of skills training. They treat you best your first year here.

Cons

Unorganized, stressful work environment. Chaotic management with confusing direction. The owner flips out publicly a lot. Often hostile work environment. Long term employees are miserable and beaten down.

Pros

Quarterly bonuses based on how many hours you work, decent benefits, flexible company. Frequent company outings and Vice President seems to care and have a progressive view, but is hindered by everyone else.

Cons

Consultants slow things down, very flat company with little room for promotion, disorganized leadership, micromanaging from the top down, raises are only $0.25. Favoritism is frequent.
