      A very unpleasant place

      It’s an industry with a lot of promise

      Cons

      It’s hard to believe that working remotely you encounter so many headaches in a day. And yet that’s exactly what it is. It’s a constant fight to try to make a living competing with a long-term member. Passive aggressive and weak management don’t make anything easier. It’s just really hard to make money here. Burn out happens quick and motivation is wasted as status quo so rigged against you. No fair goes , ay. Nope not here. Disrespect comes with the gig so be warned. Don’t do it to yourself, it not worth the dramas. You’ll be done after a few months no lie. All the bad reviews the real deal.

      Harsh and tough culture

      Pros

      Not for the faint hearted and environment here is unhealthy and that’s being polite. Lots of favourites and deal theft no doubt. Getting yelled at happens too often and people are very cutthroat about deals and such no need to tolerate this as better gigs around just don’t waste your time.

      Finally knew I had to wrote this. Had a hard time dealing with the gig. Mean and harsh fellow staff bossing you around publicly making you look bad in front of others and just overly critical and yelling at you and manager does nothing. Team is remote so manager is far away and not on hand to manage things right. You get in so much trouble if you make errors and people love to tattle tale like it’s school makes it really just not want to go to work. Have to deal with arrogant long term team members and would not recommend as no one likes this team and they leave. I couldn’t stay long I couldn’t deal. Only for the hopeless this team. I was so miserable.
