Having an actual proper CEO, director of ops, controller would probably help the crap show the company has been. 3 month lead time on a hose. Try telling that to customers on the phone for 6 months. Can't even blame it on tariffs, that was early 2024.

They say the schedule is fixed, but you're constantly being asked to stay late, cover shifts, or show up early with almost no warning. Time off felt like a privilege I had to beg for, and even then, I was made to feel guilty about it. Workloads kept piling up while the team kept shrinking, and no adjustments were ever made to compensate. I spent more time at the job than with my family, and no one seemed to care how draining that became.
