NO BENEFITS if you work remote!

Pros

Allowed me to work remote when I moved, BUT then took away all benefits. I was a TOP producer & didn't get ANY paid holidays and not so much as a card at Christmas!

Cons

NO BENEFITS if you work remote! And bonus pay is sketchy!

Pros

- You’ll experience how a company should not operate.

Cons

- Toxic work environment - Disrespectful communication - Poor management practices - Lack of professionalism - Guilt-tripping employees for taking time off - Completely lie to you about a majority of things to get you to “work harder” - Delusional upper management that only cares about their job security - Promotes mental health awareness but will be the first get rid of you if you don’t “drink their Kool-Aid”. - Turn and burn culture where they motivate new people to get accounts, fire them and then give the “good ol’ boys club” the clients.

Pros

You’ll never be bored. Constant chaos, last-minute changes, and unrealistic demands ensure you’re always on edge. Free stress management training! Who needs therapy when you can experience daily meltdowns on the job? Learn to multitask! Juggling angry clients, disorganized management, and endless emails will turn you into a professional plate spinner—just don’t drop one. Unlimited overtime. Forget your personal life—this company generously gives you 24/7 access to work. Networking opportunities. You’ll meet dozens of new coworkers as they cycle through the revolving door of turnover. Creative problem-solving. With zero support and no clear processes, you’ll get really good at inventing ways to get by. Job security—if you love walking on eggshells. Stick around as long as you can endure being blamed for things out of your control.

Cons

Toxic work environment. Expect micromanagement, backstabbing, and favoritism to dominate your daily experience. No work-life balance. You’ll be tethered to your phone and email long after hours, with zero regard for your time. Broken promises. Commissions, bonuses, or promotions? Good luck ever seeing them. Incompetent leadership. Upper management has no idea how to manage a team or run a business effectively. High stress, low reward. You’ll work harder than you ever thought possible for pay that’s nowhere near worth it. Lack of training or support. Sink-or-swim culture ensures you’ll drown while management watches from the sidelines. Constant turnover. The company doesn’t value employees, so most leave after a few months—if they last that long. Unrealistic expectations. Be prepared to pull miracles out of thin air, only to be criticized for not doing more. Zero transparency. Policies, pay structures, and decisions change without notice, leaving you constantly guessing. Reputation damage. Working here will make you question your career choices and might even tarnish your professional image.
