Pros

H1B visa sponsorship usually given to those who require but under strict terms and conditions, it just looks like abuse of foreign workforce.

Cons

-Contract was long too long -unfriendly owner/Administrator -pay was much lower than average -annual increment was negligible -benefits were minimal -just 1 week PTO in a year

Good location. Comparable pay. Cohesive as well as encouraging environment

Cons

Hard to take days off unless if you give advanced notice way ahead of time.

Got good mentorship and support from there legal team for visa process from day one. They are hands on when it comes to help you finding an apartment for relocation or when it comes to have guidance for patient care.

Cons

Lengthy recruiting process. Long training period.
