1. Kind colleagues 2. Health and safety is taken fairly seriously. 3. Benefits/ Monthly bonus 4. Nice team/group leaders 5. No racism. 6. Pay is good.

Cons

1. A lot of favouritism 2. No provision for employees to reach work or go home early. (Subjective, though) 3. Permanent workers are not necessarily protected - they can be fired or suspended. 4. No appreciation from leaders or managers.
