It can at least go on your resume.

Where to begin? For starters, the pay is absolutely terrible, and you'll likely start as a temp. The work is soul-sucking, and you will be micromanaged into insanity. They will make up quotas that don't even exist, and good luck being praised for anything you do well. But at the first tiny slip-up, you will be bashed. It's funny because this company gives absolutely nothing, and expects everything. There's a reason people leave this company the first chance they get. People are looking for a real job with a living wage. These fake five star reviews do not tell the real story of Ritter.

There are so many pros about this fabulous company, it’s even hard to know where to start! The culture is incredible! The people are fabulous and they really know the meaning of Teamwork!!!

Cons

Truthfully, if you find a “Con” about this company, it has to be because of you. Management goes above and beyond every single day!

Half-day Fridays and snacks. That's it.

Cons

Makes an effort to be one of the best companies in the state, but only from the outside looking in. Yes, there are half-day Fridays and treats for the employees, but it's a facade because the actual work of the employees isn't appreciated or compensated appropriately. Management isn't personable or pleasant and communication is dismal. You can do better. Turnaround is high for a reason.
