      Pros

      People are wonderful and work hard to provide the best experience not only for our customer, but internally as well. We have leadership that cares and has provided a strong vision for the future and sets the example of what it means to continuously push to make ourselves better. I'm able to seek out growth opportunities and implement new ideas with support across teams. People are acknowledged/appreciated for the work they put in.

      Cons

      We've undergone a lot of change in the last couple of years with both technology and employees and there are opportunities for us to improve how we implement some of our changes.

      Pros

      - RiverBank has all the perks of working at a bank: Great compensation, great benefits, great time off, and tenured staff. - RiverBank also is gaining the perks of a tech company! Flexible work options (depending on the position of course), great culture, friendly co-workers, and a hunger to do better and make changes that help the employees & the clients! - Strong Executive Team that truly cares about the people and doing the best we can for them as well as the customer. They are open to change and ready to improve and grow!

      Cons

      - Like any longstanding institution/industry with tenured staff, the culture can be one that is resistant to change, even when the change would mean improvement, efficiency, and growth. (But they're making huge strides to change this!) - Additionally, the attitude generally can be one of contentment in just doing "your job" rather than excelling and trying to find ways to be better, learn, and grow. (Again, big strides are being made here as well, looking forward to the future!)
