      The staff are very professional and caring. Management is sincere in their efforts to support the staff and help them achieve their career goals and job satisfaction.

      Cons

      The work is fast-paced because RiverMead is constantly growing and trying to stay one step ahead of the competition. Job opportunities are limited to the industry - mostly just jobs in healthcare and/or food service.
