Higher than average pay ( but no benefits)
Cons
Sexually inappropriate comments from one owner to employee unpunished and laughed at by ownership group Chinese company = Chinese work culture Unqualified and immature ownership group who often misrepresent titles and organizational health to customers. Management owns you and speaks down to you, often using intimidation and aggression to subdue employees No trust exists between management and employees
