Pros
Provide training and non-voice account. Good for amazon employee.
Cons
PH Team does not care about you. They only provide you training for how many days and they will provide you a lot of task where you can't finish processing. They won't notify if you will be out of their team. Very bad management. All they care was those who can have big reimbursement and acknowledge them. Not good if you are not an Amazon employee.
