Thanks for your review. We are unsure if you have selected the right firm, since as of October 2024 no-one had left Riverflex after 3-4 years with us (either they left sooner or are still with us). In any case we are sorry that you felt the pressure too great to work in. Consulting is a demanding business and Riverflex works with some of the best brands in the world on really complex challenges, and as a consequence, it can be a demanding environment. For the best and most ambitious professionals with a strong growth mindset, this means a high-paced, dynamic and innovative environment with excellent professionals to work with and learn from. Others will find slower organisations a better fit.
