As a professional you are shifting from being a top individual contributor to developing your leadership skills for the team. In addition, you are often responsible client project delivery and key relationships. We're really glad even with all these demands, you are finding the experience works for you.

Thanks for your review. We're glad that overall your experience has been positive. Thanks also for the feedback that our performance evaluation and feedback process needs to be clearer and more consistent. This is really important since we want to develop great teams and individuals so we need to get better at this if team members find that we have room for improvement. I hope we are making progress in the right direction the last months but otherwise please do raise this to the Leadership Team, CEO or in our Employee Survey. We can always get better.
