Pros

I do not have any pros to share at this time as the merger has completely destroyed what was once a great company to work for.

Cons

Leadership only cares about leadership, constantly scrambling to try and “make things right.” It’s very clear that legacy Rivermark employees are not wanted in the new organization. “Everyone gets to keep their jobs” was a lie. Teams are spread so thin, everyone is exhausted and constantly on edge. CEO makes no effort to get to know legacy Rivermark employees (direct example of them being unwanted) If you’re considering this company. Don’t. No one knows what they are doing, leadership is full of it, funds are being allocated for all the wrong things. Employees don’t have proper access to the tools they need to do their jobs effectively. I would also take into account that if this is going on behind the scenes, I’m not sure I’d trust them with my money. Anyone reading this may think “oh this person is just angry.” You’re right, I’m furious, sad and downright embarrassed by how fast this company has gone downhill. However, I’m also being honest. People deserve to know what’s really going on here. The “values” are compete BS, it’s all a front to look like an inclusive place to work which can be easily sold as the company once was all of the things it claimed it was.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear how you feel about your experience at Rivermark. We understand that periods throughout the merger were difficult and that there has been a significant amount of change. Your comments about workload, access to tools, communication, and feeling disconnected from leadership are serious and we do not take them lightly. Feedback like this is important and will be shared with the appropriate teams as we continue to improve the experience for our employees. We appreciate you sharing your honest and constructive feedback.

Pros

Emphasis on employee satisfaction and empowerment. Pay is very fair for the work performed and experience. Great people who want you to succeed in your role. I was not rushed into my role. Everyone is very kind. Ability to learn on your own and show that your ready to move up. Emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Cons

Runs on groups of small teams, most departments would like more help. Going through a large merger, some disconnect between departments. Merger made processes longer and harder.
