Pros
Most associate level employees are amazing and motivated individuals. Offers acupuncture as part of their health insurance to ‘fix employees mental heath.’
Cons
This company is inches away from a whistleblower exposing how employees are treated. Employees are not treated as human beings, but rather machines to crank out revenue at the expense of their mental health and work life balance. Associates are being turned against each other and bullied by senior level employees. I can’t enjoy weekends anymore as I am drained from the work culture and politics. Bullying is a known problem and swept under the rug with no ramifications. Middle management does not exist because anyone with experience in the workforce knows how employees should be treated. Anyone willing to make a change is met with pushback and ultimately silenced. The Director of HR is incompetent and hardly keeping the company from a lawsuit.

Great coworkers, lots of responsibility, good location, mixture of hands on engineering work, documentation, and clinical exposure.
Cons
Lack of direction in management, high turnover, consistently feeling overworked and under valued, lack of diversity in leadership as well as middle management, leadership only values the business and not you as person.
