Thank you for your feedback as we are happy to hear of some of your positive experiences and some areas we may grow in. We do keep a close eye on salaries within the non-profit sector, and we aim to offer competitive compensation to attract the dedicated employees we’re looking for. We do agree that our documentation requirements may be intense, however it is our intention to always be sure our work is reflected accurately.

Pros

It’s a job. The pay is consistent.

Cons

You are a glorified baby sitter. If the clients refuse to clean up after themselves it becomes the staff’s duty without repercussions for the clients. You are essentially a maid and van driver. There is a culture of nepotism.

Pros

They say thank you every couple months for the profit they’ve made off our backs

Cons

No salary increases since 2024 100% productivity expectations If you have any late cancellations/no shows in a month you decide to use your earned PTO you will essentially be threatened with termination which discourages any further use of PTO and overbooking to make up for previously used PTO leading to burn out Oh and to mention the company’s consistent low incoming referrals and a poor marketing team but be prepared to be gaslit into believing that it’s all your fault
