Pros
The company has multiple operations, thus at times will allow employees to move roles fairly easily. There's in-house training for things like forklift operation and other machine operating. Production employees get paid some holidays.
Cons
The company has changed employee hours to adjust to external factors such as increased demand or supply shortages. When there, my hours never went below 40, but I have heard they were working 60 hour weeks at one point following covid lockdowns.
