Pros

Pay check. Some really great people. The foundation of a successful future. Without a couple of key individuals at the top it has potential to be an amazing company but unfortunately the ones that are the greatest demise will never be gone.

Cons

Corrupt ownership/leadership. Treats their best employees the worst. Nothing is ever good enough mindset. No respect. Sell you on all this hoopla to entice you in then quickly change their ways. Under deliver in execution since they don’t practice what they preach nor do they uphold their core values. Doesn’t matter all the good you do or positive contributions you make they seek to find fault then beat you down until you’re so discouraged and demoralized that you either quit or be tossed out. Horrifying turnover (wonder why) toxic stressful work culture.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review of your experience working with us. We are disappointed that you did not experience the leadership we strive to provide. Riverside’s approach to business is to strive for continuous improvement – this approach has been at my partner and I’s core since we founded the company in 2005 and is the cornerstone of Riverside’s success. We believe this allows us to serve our clients and team members better, facilitates growth and provides an opportunity be an even larger employer in our communities and help more families. We are proud of our growth story and the growth stories of countless members of our team, some of whom started as laborer’s and are now senior managers. We hope to create more of these success stories for our people and their families. Our goal is to improve upon our hiring and retention practices, something that has been a challenge for many employers over the last few years. We believe that we have an incredible team currently and are always improving. We have committed to investing further in leadership development across all departments to ensure everyone receives the appreciation, experience, and opportunities they are looking for. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your feedback further offline (in person or on the phone) as some of the defamatory claims made here (like corruption, lack of respect or treating people poorly) are things we take quite seriously and believe are well worth understanding better. If you are open to discussing this please reach out to me directly. Sincerely, Mario Gianniotis Managing Partner | Riverside Millwork Group

Pros

Friendly coworkers nothing else is great

Cons

They say we are a family run business but they do not treat everyone the same. If you are good with senior management one can do anything (come to work any time or leave early) Very poor pay
