      Pros

      A few colleagues and some upper management people were quite decent.

      Cons

      The right hand never knew what the left was doing; much bungling and ill-informed fumphering around. The toxicity traveled the usual way: From the top down. Middle management's incompetence and viciousness could be breathtaking.
