Very Low Pay and add to that the employee cost for medical insurance and it is hard to keep turning down calls from headhunters.

Executive Administration is now mostly LLU prior employees. Their goal of service to county is vastly changing. Huge concern the combining of a religious based hospital and a public government hospital.
