The company promotes a “family-like environment,” but in reality that is not what you experience. There is high turnover, constant department restructuring, and even significant office closures/shutdowns, which creates a lot of instability. Departments feel disorganized and all over the place, with little clear structure or direction. Upper management often seems out of touch with day-to-day operations, and communication between levels is poor. Pay is not competitive, and there is very little room for salary growth unless major staffing changes happen. Overall, there is a lack of stability, direction, and real growth opportunities.

1. Company culture. Everyone at RLX truly cares about you. From your peers to the CEO. They will make you feel welcomed and your work will be appreciated. 2. Diverse experiences. You will be assigned different roles based on your interests, skills, and company needs. These are active roles that provide real value which help shape the direction of your career. 3. Leadership experience. You will travel to places across the country you've never been to before and learn hands-on leadership skills in managing people, motor carriers, warehouses, business processes etc.

Cons

This industry moves quickly. If you don't like change, this may not be a good fit for you.
