      Senior executives are aloof or abusive, to clients and employees. Avoid being either one! Blaming environment of scapegoats.

      Cons

      They expect you to work 12 hrs a day for 6 hr Salary. Management does nothing when you tell them that the workload is crazy. Hire you for a different Technology and put in a completely different technology which you tell that you have never worked on!! and they expect expert level proficiency on it from day one!!
