      Pros

      Almost zero politics. Nice and competitive compensation. Trusting environment. Best for self motivated folks. Not for people who work when they are told to work.

      Cons

      Usual startup cons tbh. Sometimes you maybe switching a lot between different streams of work. Higher level decision seem to change a bit but not a lot.

      Very good top management but the direct manager still lives in Silos

      well-funded Good product line projection outstanding board of directors

      Cons

      Many direct managers continue to operate in silos and prevent team members from growing by withholding information from them. . Changing teams is difficult because of the attitudes of managers.
