      Extremely ethical Small, people focused, and fun environment Passionate owners who care about what impact their product has on the world Excellent perks

      Small company issues (not a lot of bench strength, benefits are so so) Really hard to think of many cons

      Was a great company to work for.

      Cons

      Only downside is not having enough agency and autonomy to thrive in your role. Leadership is very hands on with initiatives that you are supposed to be leading. Sometimes they can be overly involved to the point you don’t feel you’re contributing or truly collaborating.
