Pros

Compensation. Developers and technicians are great. Love the brand.

Cons

Unclear management goals. Shifting, overcompensating regulatory policies deployed with no foresight. Very similar to another "ready, aim, fire" operation on the technical side. Disparate corporate to in-store pay ratios that are not justified by the caliber of work faced respectively.

Pros

Great customers. great team membersand as long as you're kissing trockight butt your life is pretty decent.

Cons

terrible facilities, upper management that doesn't have a clue,no consistency from upper management, part of marketing is family so they do whatever they want. If you are looking for a career don't go here there are very few long-term employees most of which couldn't go anywhere else.if you have any good ideas your district manager or marketing will take it and say it was theirs
