The Worst Place to Work

Pros

-Can not think of anything 'good' to misguide the readers and let them go to work here intentionally. -But one can play cards and table tennis(on dining table) in the so called "Cafeteria" after lunch

Cons

- Extremely low salary and Annual increments of employees. - Work culture of the company is quite poor mainly because of the politics done by the CEO of the company. - Management of the Company is filled with Family of CEO ,Vishal Jain or Ex COO Rahul Mehra, who are mostly Non Performing employees of the company except the CTO Anshul Jain. - CEO is a very confused minded person in terms of what is the aim of the company/start up or whether it is a product based company or a service based company. - also pressurized current employees to give good reviews here.

. The team had a few talented individuals who were dedicated and hardworking. . Exposure to diverse projects that could be interesting and challenging.

. No Work-Life Balance: Employees were often expected to work on weekends and after regular hours, making it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. . Uninformed Leadership: The CEO frequently made decisions about technical matters without having the necessary knowledge, leading to inefficient and poorly thought-out directives. . Lack of Cooperation: Some senior employees were uncooperative and provided misleading feedback, creating a confusing and frustrating work environment. . Office Politics: There was a significant amount of office politics, with favoritism and bad management practices being quite prevalent. . Poor Management: Many managers were more focused on their own advancement rather than supporting their teams, leading to a toxic work culture.
