Not bad, but it isn’t the right place for everyone

- Relatively relaxed working atmosphere - Great coworkers - Fun office space

Cons

- The perks in the office do not make up for how low the salary is when compared with smaller startups with much less funding. Make sure you know your worth before accepting an offer. - It’s very sales-led; can feel like a feature factory (might be a pro if you’re into that). - Seems like the goal is to acquire funding as quickly as possible over building out a solid product (again, might be a pro if you’re looking for that). - The culture is progressive at its face, but in reality better suited to those looking for a more traditional workplace.

Plethora of Opportunity

Pros

The company is experiencing tremendous growth with jobs and the product portfolio. Plus, we just received our Series B funding, so there's even more opportunity to try new methods and projects to grow the business.

Cons

Going 100% remote and growing so rapidly was tough. However, we navigated the "new normal" the best we could and improve communication to stay connected as we continue to experience an even newer normal.
