Cons
Lack of structure, lack of engagement from upper management, no clear processes, argumentative (sometimes shouting) co-workers and ineffective management practices severely impede success. Micro-management creates a culture where employees are not empowered to learn and grow in their skills and do not respect one another for the skills and experience they bring to the table.
