Blind leading the blind. Business was sold and lots of pressure to grow with little to no investment. Company unwilling to put talent into critical positions. Pyramid scheme model. Gaslighting everywhere. Toxic culture. Would never recommend this business to anyone.

Excellent training Great support from colleagues Ability to work from home Pretty nice incentive programs Great benefits (health ins, dental and vision)

Cons

Pay is pretty bad for all of the things that they expect you to do Team leads are usually never on the same page (you follow the direction of one lead and then another lead tells you that you're doing it wrong) Pretty often it is almost impossible to find a team lead to get an approval
