      Pros

      Great benefits, most everyone is very nice and friendly to work with.

      Cons

      Most professors act like they big time university professors and forget they work at a little college. They would never survive in a major university or the private sector. Tenure is a joke. A lot of gossip, back stabbing and sucking up / favoritism.

      Good medical, dental and health insurance

      Cons

      Micromanagement; managers do not follow core values; high rate of turnover; toxic managers that abuse their powers by belittling, intimidating and ridiculing - they chase away high quality employees and seek to control those who remain. A very toxic workplace.
