Great benefits, cheap insurance, holidays off

Cons

If you get a job there, watch your back. My direct supervisor was constantly saying things to me like, "thanks so much! This is terrific" and "What would I do without you?" At the same time she was telling my department head I was incompetent and she couldn't trust me to do my job. I was fired by the department head based simply on this. I had no way to prove my side of the story.

Work environment is very enjoyable. Benefits package is generous. Its nice to work for such a great county that has the best interest of its citizens and employees in mind at all times.
