Working for Robben Media gives the freedom that a regular 9-5 can't offer. Pros are freedom to travel, work from home, make appointments in the middle of the day or whenever you want, take a random Tuesday off, as long as you're producing. You pretty much get what you put in with regards to work ethic whereas in a large corporation, people's pay is based on their "title" whether or not you're a competent worker.

1.) Very high level of flexibility and freedom with work schedule. 2.) Corporate culture is supportive and encouraging of growth. 3.) Generally socially responsible philosophies. 4.) Management is open to discuss things such as pay raises (see #3 of Cons list).
